I’ve been trying to stick to a journaling habit for a while now, but I keep running out of things to write about. I want my entries to feel meaningful instead of just a list of what I did that day. I’ve heard that using specific prompts can help focus on personal growth and positive reflection, but I’m not sure which ones actually work in real life.
