The lower is from A3 tactical. They have a website, it also uses ar15 trigger groups. I have a aero precision mil spec trigger group in it for now

I converted my stribog to evo mags because the factory ones are so hard and expensive to find

They aren't carried in local stores, I've spent almost 2 years looking for either mags and a different lower with no luck, I ordered mine online from gun broker but you can order them directly from the manufacturer as well
