Looking for an affordable AR-15 to purchase. I'm pretty open to offers but I'm most interested in something with a quad rail, FDE a plus. Looking in the ~$500 range. Local to Colorado Springs a huge plus. Case, accessories, etc...

I do, I'm asking $750 for the rifle alone, & $450 for the optic alone. I am also willing to sell everything in a package; optic mount, sling, extra mags etc.
