Looking to buy one, I don't mind if it has a red dot on it already or not. Number of mags doesn't matter too much, but more is always better than less. Used is preffered, since these can be pretty pricey new. Price is open to negotiation, but less than $1000 is a good starting point, since that's what these go for used, in my experience.
