Dealers have to charge $10.50 for the CBI background check by law. However, they can charge pretty much whatever they want for the transfer. Up north in Johnstown, Liberty Firearms Institute charges a total of $50 combined for BGC and transfer. By comparison Foundation Firearms in Loveland charges a total of $20 combined for the same service. USA Liberty Arms in Fort Collins charges $30 total. Call your local shops and ask what they charge.
